Build
The deposit holds your slot. We put the delivery window in your written scope before work begins · 7 to 14 business days for a standard build, 3 to 5 with Priority delivery, 14 to 21 for larger e-commerce or multilingual builds. The clock starts on the later of the day we confirm that scope and the day you have given us every item on the inputs checklist, and it pauses while we are waiting on you. We share a private preview link part-way through, then apply one full revision round.
Handover
The balance falls due. We deploy to your domain, transfer every asset and account, and walk you through editing it yourself.
Before you commit.
Do we own the website?
On receipt of the final balance in cleared funds, we assign to you · worldwide and for the full term of copyright protection · every financial right in the code, design and content we created for your project. You get the source code, the design files, the domain, and the hosting account, and you can move it elsewhere whenever you like. Third-party components · open-source libraries, commercial fonts, stock imagery · are not ours to assign; they pass to you on their own licence terms, and we deliver a written list of them with the code.
How long does it really take?
We put the delivery window in your written scope before work begins. As a guide: 7 to 14 business days for a standard build, 3 to 5 with Priority delivery, and 14 to 21 for larger e-commerce or multilingual builds. The clock starts on the later of the day we confirm the written scope with you and the day you have given us every item on the inputs checklist. It pauses while we are waiting on you, and restarts when the outstanding item arrives. We quote the honest number, not the optimistic one.
What if we do not like the design?
One full revision round is included. It runs after the first preview and covers one consolidated set of changes, given to us in writing within 10 business days of the preview link. Most projects need only that. Further rounds are quoted and agreed with you in writing before they start, never billed as a surprise.
Can we edit it ourselves afterwards?
Yes. The source is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with no framework to learn and no build step to run. Handover includes a short walkthrough of changing text, swapping images, and publishing.
What is not included?
Domain registration fees, payment-processing fees, and third-party subscriptions such as Mailchimp. Those are paid to the provider directly, not to us, and we hand you the receipt for each one. Where you add the Premium typeface, our fee covers choosing and setting up one commercial font family; the licence itself is issued by the foundry on its own terms, and where it cannot be transferred to you we tell you before delivery, not after.
What is the refund policy?
Cancel before design work starts and we refund the deposit in full. Once design work has started, we refund the deposit less the value of the work actually performed up to the day you tell us to stop, and we send you a written statement of that work. Anything left over is refunded to the card you paid from. If we miss a delivery date we agreed with you in writing, and the delay was not caused by us waiting on you, you may cancel and receive a full refund. You may ask us instead to hold the unused value as credit against work in the next twelve months · that is a choice you can make, never a substitute for the refund.
